In order for a relationship to succeed first of all you must be whole/complete in yourself, otherwise you attract the wrong type of person. Imagine a Christmas cake; first we have the fruit base thick and solid, marzipan, and finally the icing. A relationship is the decorations on a cake. Firstly you need to look at yourself ask yourself what kind of person do you want to be in a relationship i.e. kind, loving, respectful, strong etc. You then need to start acting and behaving as you would in that relationship.
Secondly have a think about what kind of person you would like to be in a relationship with. What are the qualities you are looking for in that special partner? Write a list, as this is your own unique requirements it does not matter what you put on the list.
